Order a repeat prescription
Managing your regular health needs should be simple. At Saood Pharmacy, we use the Electronic Prescription Service (EPS) to streamline your repeat requests, meaning your doctor sends your prescription directly to us – no paper, no fuss.

Ordering Your Repeat Prescriptions
If you take regular medication that has been authorised as repeatable by your GP, you can manage your orders through our service.
Please Note: It is your responsibility to ensure the items you are requesting are currently marked as repeatable on your record. If you are unsure, please check with your GP surgery before placing an order through us.
How to Order
You have three convenient ways to ensure your medication is ready when you need it:
1. The NHS App (Recommended)
This is the most efficient method. You can order your repeats and, for 2026, track your prescription status directly within the app. Please ensure you select Saood Pharmacy (RG1 7LL) as your nominated pharmacy.
2. Directly with your GP
You can contact your surgery via their specific online portal or phone line. Please check that Saood pharmacy is listed in the system as your nominated pharmacy.
3. Phone Saood pharmacy
Call us on 0118 9572687 to reorder your repeat over the phone. Please be mindful that phone lines are busy, so please only use this option if the above are not possible.
Understanding the Timeline
To ensure you never run out of your medication, it is vital to account for the processing time required by both the GP and the pharmacy.
GP Processing (3–5 Working Days)
Once we receive your request via the form below, we email it to your surgery. It typically takes the GP 3 to 5 working days to authorise and return the electronic prescription to us.
Pharmacy Assembly (1–2 Working Days)
Once we receive the digital prescription, we require 1 to 2 working days to order any specific stock, assemble your medication, and complete our safety checks.
Our Recommendation: Always re-order your medication when you have a
minimum of one week’s supply left at home. This allows a buffer for any
unexpected delays.
Repeat Prescription RequestS
To manage and request your repeat prescriptions yourself, you’ll need to download and register for the NHS App. The app allows you to order repeat prescriptions, view your medication records, and access a range of NHS services quickly and securely.
You will be able to log in to the NHS App by visiting the following link: https://www.nhs.uk/nhs-app/account/. Please follow the instructions on this page to either log in, or create a new account.
